We are starting the year slightly differently, with a creative and reflective workshop set in the unique surroundings of the historic Wilton’s Music Hall. This workshop offers a dedicated space to pause, reconnect, and consciously shape the year ahead. This is a moment just for you — to slow down, connect with yourself and others, and step into 2026 with clarity and intention.

What to expect:

• Reflect on the past year, gently acknowledging what you are ready to release and what you wish to nurture moving forward. A thoughtfully designed workbook will be sent to you prior to the workshop to support your reflections and help clarify your intentions.

• Begin the session with a calming breathwork practice guided by Teresa to ground, centre, and soothe your nervous system.

• Experience a guided visualisation by Marie to connect with your deepest desires and intentions.

• Create your own vision board, bringing together insights from the workbook and visualisation into a clear visual direction for the year ahead. All vision board materials will be provided.

• Enjoy a relaxed networking moment and connect with others in a meaningful way.

• A sandwich lunch will be provided by in-house catering, and any additional drinks can be purchased at the venue.

A note to our male supporters

This event is being arranged for women in London to meet and network. We love that we have male allies who want to be involved (and we'd love to hear from you about any ideas you have for that). However, this event is strictly for women.
