Get off the burnout rollercoaster!

  • Bubala Spitalfields 65 Commercial Street London, England, E1 6BD United Kingdom (map)

We are so excited to kick off the new year with our next supper circle, joined by our fantastic guest speaker, Nikki Swan.

Nikki is the Founder of Mindful Swan, a coaching and wellbeing consultancy supporting professionals to lead happier, more meaningful lives and careers, without sacrificing their wellbeing.

Formerly a Senior Manager in the Big Four (ex-PwC & Deloitte), with a wide range of illustrious clients, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and RBC, she speaks of learning the hard way how our own actions and approaches to our career can impact our wellbeing.

And yet, this was also the golden nugget that drove her ambition to do what she does today. Without a plan or knowing what she was doing, she says! A PCC ICF Accredited Coach, Nikki leans on various expertise in her work, including Resilience, Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Yoga. Her clients are smart, driven women who want to succeed on their own terms.

Join this highly interactive session with Nikki over a dinner and drinks to focus on how to improve your wellbeing, professionally and personally, and meet and dine with like-minded professional women.
