About Jess

Jess Gosling is Senior Innovation Policy Advisor for the UK Government co-Chair, of the Civil Service Neurodiversity Network (CSNN), and founder of Gosling & Co. Named 27th in the Top 100 Women Future Leaders 2021 and Most Influential Women in Tech UK 2021, Jess is a serial multi-hyphenate with a passion for all things interdisciplinary and intersectional. By day, Jess works within the UK Government and is co-Chair of the Civil Service Neurodiversity Network (CSNN), a voluntary staff network for neurodiverse colleagues. By night, she runs Gosling & Co., seeking to challenge the perceptions around self-promotion for women and underrepresented groups via community and free events. She is also currently a part-time PhD student at UCL, focusing on interdisciplinary thinking.


With 10+ years in various sectors and industries, she has bridged the gap between culture, diplomacy, and innovation through deployments with the United Nations, NGOs, civil society, and startups. She is the curator of 'The Standard Brain'; a 26k subscribed LinkedIn newsletter exploring interdisciplinary thinking and championing global stories. Moreover, she is a public speaker on workplace culture, belonging, unseen disabilities and supporting neurodiversity in the workplace.
