We often have the idea of a perfect job and end up dissatisfied when our expectations are not met. The reality is that no job is ideal, but we can help create a satisfying one. If you are looking to increase your job satisfaction, you will learn about the five elements of staying happy at work. If you are currently searching for a new role or are in the midst of a career change, which is never an easy and stress-free experience and can be tough on our mental health at the best of times, you will learn how to stay motivated and confident during this period. Klaudia Mitura holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and works as the Learning & Development Manager at the Science Museum Group. For the last twelve years, she has been applying scientific research on employee engagement to design and implement energetic, creative, and data-driven programs to empower individuals to be at their best at work. She has her own podcast 'The Happiness Challenge' since 2020 and an upcoming book "The Alphabet of Happiness: create more happiness at work, in relationships and in your own skin", coming next year.
