Klaudia Mitura holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and works as the Learning & Development Manager at the Science Museum Group. For the last twelve years, she has been applying scientific research on employee engagement to design and implement energetic, creative, and data-driven programs to empower managers to be at their best at work. She is passionate about experimenting with and applying scientific research on happiness to her daily ups and downs, which she turned into her own 'The Happiness Challenge' podcast, back in 2020. There, she explores the best happiness habits that science has to offer, interviews leading wellbeing experts, and test-drives the best happiness hacks. Her upcoming book "The Alphabet of Happiness: create more happiness at work, in relationships and in your own skin", will be published by a global publisher next year.
